Site Inspections:
We survey, inventory and take photographs of all items to be offered at auction.

Marketing:
We use various methods of
advertisement and direct marketing Online, Trade & newspapers, as well as E-mail, Social Media, & fax advertising.

Preparation:
We lot, tag, inventory,
and catalog your items to be offered at auction, manage your Online listing, and
use tried and true lotting techniques designed for maximum sale results.

Auction Day:
We register all bidders (assign paddle numbers, and make sure terms and conditions are signed, & distribute auction catalog), allow an
inspection time to all registered bidders.
We offer all items up for bid, collect deposits instantly upon award of bid. At
auction’s end, we invoice all successful bidders and begin removal process.

Post Sale:
We collect payment from
successful bidders. We supervise the removal. We also give you detailed reporting, including sale results. We
supervise the sale of any passed items from auction day.
